Past Leaders

I think they all would be amazed, especially the early leaders if you go back to Bill Steve times and Herman talks about that lip shielded #1, about how they had very little even to have coffee in there meetings and someone would bake a pie I heard them talk about that. They would talk about the land that Boeing, where Quil Ceda Village is today, they set the land aside for future generations so when they went in to lease with Boeing. For a long period of time that was in place, we knew 27th (Quil Ceda) road to end at 88th, there was a turn-around there and there was nothing but woods beyond there. Those early leaders set that aside for future generations for economic development. They would be amazed today if they were able to see that and I know they would be very proud, those leaders, of making that decision.
